back in the day when I was a teenager, I remember finding out the glass armor pieces and drooling over them. Now this video explains how to get them without bounty.
Just make sure you don't get any kind of bounty, because the guards are gonna take all the armor away because its stolen. Or if your caught stealing from the crates, its an instant "death-on-sight" with the guards. Glass armor is some of the most expensive armor in the game next to daedric and ebony and will raise your bounty probably past 5k. Heading to Kogoruhn and either fighting or sneaking past the cutlists into the dungeons is probably the most legit way without every guard marking you for death.
Had this happen the other day, went and spoke to Apelles Matius to start that quest line and found out I had a bounty from murdering Ralens Murderer (I was doing the city a service smh) so I reloaded and put all my armor in a crate and spoke to a guard. Payed it off and avoided that problems but it’s nice to know Enchanting it removes the stolen tag. The more you know
No, you aren't doing anything wrong. Your maximum magicka is determined by your intelligence. If you are playing a warrior build your intelligence is probably low. I recommend buying or creating a fortify magicka potion or just raising intelligence the next time you level.
@@brashedgaming thanks but I figured you can taunt that NPC near the door, I don't think he is connected to any quest and we will have an iron key that can open both the door and the chest with the orchish armor
The telekinesis spell only lasts for a few seconds. It might have ran out before you were able to steal anything so make sure you are continuously recasting it. The next easiest way to steal it is to get chameleon as high as possible and use stealth.

Where do I find the boots of blinding speed?
There is a NPC north west of Caldera named Pemenie. You can either kill her for the boots or do her escort quest.

If you raise your magic resist to 100% the blind on the boots won’t affect you.

Taunt him or cast a frenzy humanoid on him, then kill him, make sure to close the door when you pick up the glass armor
