I know this is a 2 year old comment, but man they work. Yes I know they don't do anything for engine performance but that instant throttle makes the DRIVING EXPERENCE much much better.
So I have 2016 Silverado 5.3 and I tried this product but my truck would jump on city mode like crazy,I couldn’t even try Sport mode.. on the other hand,eco mode had slower reaction than stock setting .. you notice that “jump” in sport mode,that was what my truck did in city mode,level 2-8.. is there any other tricks or it’s just like that since I’m about to return this product.. thank you

i strictly only want it to have a more predictable throttle response because man that lag is terrible on a 6.4l hemi in a 3500. yea i get it its a truck meant for high payload and towing but even when there is nothing in it and not towing anything it feels the same as if its max payload. i spend much of my time driving in tow/haul mode just to try and circumvent all the power/responsiveness crushing bs.

I had one. My check engine light kept coming on and loss of power once in awhile. Disconnected it and never had anymore problems.
It's been a few years already and not one issue with mine!

Do you also use the ‘sport mode on the dash’ I have a 21 and there are settings from factory. Eco-sport-off road.

Did you have to remove the plastic cover under the steering wheel to get the wire to go through or does it fit without removing?

No clue, I'd connect a scanner to read the code and go from there. Did you remove the negative battery terminal before the install??
