Hola amigo reemplazaste los 30F124 por los 30J127 funcionan igual al no ser el mismo 30F124 yo les cambie 4 igbt 30F124 pero al conectarlo se dañan quedan en corto circuito ya no se que hacer
Hi, I'm repairing a tv just like this one and I need to change two transistors but the value can't be seen, it's the last one on the right and the third from the left do you know what was the number printed on those two ?
I measured the ysus and I didn't find anything short, the mosfets and igbts are not heating up, the buffer ci's too, I didn't find the 15v in the zsus that connects the controller. Is this 15v generated in the zsus itself? I didn't find it on ysus, and I saw that some tvs this voltage comes from the source, but I saw that the source feeds the zsus. In that case, could it be a defect in the zsus? It's calling with sound, no picture

Boa noite amigo tenho uma tv dessa e com a placa ysus com os mesmos igbts que vc esta trocando em curto ja troquei umas 4veses eles e esta queimando os igbts sao originais retirados vc tem uma ajuda pra mim ficarei grato
Tem algo em curto. Teste o Diodo d562 e se estiver em curto, além de queimar tudo novamente, provavelmente tem trilhas rompidas na saída dele em duas direções na trilha, uma para cima indo para um jumper e um resistir, e a outra para baixo, indo para o c264.
Tem vídeos ensinando como colocar a lâmpada de xenonio em série com a fonte para evitar queimar tudo novamente, caso haja algum curto que tenha passado despercebido. Além disso, tem vídeo ensinando como testar a placa para saber se não tem curtos. Só assim conseguirá ter sucesso na manutenção.
I am troubleshooting the same exact board, and took all the IGBTs out. However, I can't figure out how to properly test them. My profession is not electronics, I do buy scrap and try to repair just for fun. Can you show how the IGBTs are tested? Like you're doing at 9:22. Thanks.

What do you mean right and the third from the left? Try replace them with 30j127

15 volts is from the main power supply. Or in the y sus itself.

where are you sourcing the IGBT's? seems you need to buy in bulk if not for overpriced Ebay.
I buy IGBT's in lazda here in the Philippines, 1$ per piece.

Check VS voltage 210v, or test other IGBT and other components.
