Also interesting is the fact, it seems, that the same type of food originated in a couple of different countries/areas around the same time. As an archaeologist and a historian, there are a number of glaring errors that were in this video. For something so professionally made like this, the historical inaccuracies are not acceptable. The errors are very well pointed out in other comments, so I won't be a broken record. But yikes.
