This seed is quite reliable. I just got the Probably Cheating achievement by playing this seed as DLC character Draco. Doing so proved costly, however, as Draco received that wave beam weapon instead for the shield piercing missiles that are supposed to help with the Visage level. The extra mobility was nice, though, and I can't for the life of me use Nina's attack power with all these skulls active.
