Ingredients required to make lauki ke muthiya nashta recipe
Bottlegourd grated 1-bowl
Wheat flour 1 and half cup
Semolina(suji) Half-Cup
Ground flower
Chickpea Flour- Half Cup
Hands full of coriander leaves
Salt 1-Tsp
Chilli flakes 1-Tsp
Crushed 2 green chilli
Ginger garlic paste 1-Tsp
Sesame seeds 1-Tsp
Coriander powder 1-Tsp
Cumin powder 1-Tsp
Carom seeds(Ajwain) Half-Tsp
Oil 2-Tsp
Turmeric powder Half-Tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder Half-tsp
Garam Masala ¼ Tsp
Squeeze half lemon juice
Baking soda Half-tsp
Add water as required
For Tadka
Oil 2-TBsp
Mustard seeds Half-Tsp
Cumin seeds Half-Tsp
Dry red chilli 1
Some curry leaves
Sesame seeds 1-Tsp
Coriander leave some
