The prison medic who gives advice to John is movie director Sydney Pollack. Ironically, Pollack died of cancer 13 months after this episode first aired.
,A few things I really liked about these episodes 1. We find out Tony came really heavy to his meeting with Johnny Sac. He wasn't taking any chances even though Johnny said he would be there alone. 2. You get the sense Meadow is definitely Team Soprano now. So much for distancing herself from the mob. (No more Fin either) 3. Janice freaking out when her daughter was playing in the water. Tony knew how that story would effect Janice 4. Bobby earning a lot of respect from Tony. Not only from the fight, but by "popping his cherry" Of course Tony ordering the hit was being vindictive and to remindi Bobby who the boss was, but it was also a test. Bobby passed. 5. Ro & Carm calling Cleaver a revenge fantasy. Reminds me of Phil's wife busting his balls about Vito being gay. These wife's know how to push the right buttons
Cristin Milioti, the actress playing Johnny Sack's other daughter is absolutely killing it right now as Sofia Falcone on "The Penguin". Great show so far and worth checking out.
Oh you’re definitely going to be getting much more bang for your bucks!! Hold on!!! (Oh it’s so hard!! There are so many scenes / things coming that I can’t wait to get your reaction!!)
They cut out some very important lines between Tony and Bobby in the boat that they're going to need for final episode. But, then again, recovering from a massive hurricane so what do I know!! Appreciate any distraction at this.point
Calling these episodes an extention of Season Six instead of Season Seven was simply a way for HBO to avoid having to give the cast a payrise for the show going into a seventh season. The recent Sopranos two-part documentary confirms this.
The final 9 episodes are called "Season 6 Part 2" simply because it saved HBO saved money that way. If they had billed it as Season 7, the main cast would have been owed pay raises. It really is Season 7, though, as the cast had a six-month break between the filming of the first 12 episodes and the last 9.
I never noticed this before but John’s acting @34:33 reminds me so much of Dave in 2001 at the very end of his rapidly decaying life. The 2001 connection will come up again later this season
Hollow point bullets are now seen as safer because they are less likely to pass through the first thing they hit. Upon impact a hollowpoint mushrooms more than a Fullmetal jacket, and creates a larger hole. Many states have laws that say even if you are defending yourself, you are responsible for anything beyond your target. This is what led to many self defense advocates preference for hollow point bullets.
I believe that scene that Janice retells about the bullet thru the beehive is acted out in The Many Saints of Newark. I'm hoping you react to that also❤
They're brother and sister... if they want to play head games with each other like that let them. I always thought that was a stupid thing that Bobby did. Forget that Tony is his mob boss, it's between the siblings and he should have simply left it alone. "You Sopranos you go too far", saying that should have been the end of it. Bobby was VERY lucky when Tony has killed ppl for less. Now Bobby has blood on his hands, like the rest of them.
I will probably left you a list of films before because you are Canadian Here are a few more because you watch with your mom, which is really smart thing to do😊 COLUMBIANA ATOMIC BLONDE WANTED SALT JANE GOT A GUN Very good films

it is explained in the new David Chase documentary exactly why it is a longer season.
Ah, good to know!
@@Flix2Us Yeah, it was something like they'd have to pay the actors more money if they had a 7th season.
Oh you’re definitely going to be getting much more bang for your bucks!!

22:20 Are y'all unaware of the Baldwin clan of actors? 😄
We are aware, it's just hard to remember any of them not named Alec! 😆
@Flix2Us Oh, okay. I can see that. 😄

Tony's reason for giving Bobby his first kill was ridiculous but it's not like Bobby didn't ask for it. He nagged himself into the lifestyle

COLUMBIANA
ATOMIC BLONDE
WANTED
SALT
JANE GOT A GUN
Very good films
This is a very important episode…
The show ends with much whacking. In fact there's so much whacking to be done that they ran out of tape to show it all.
