When you said about B12 it made so much sense - I’m a nurse and give b12 injections- your body will get rid of b12 if it doesn’t need it - so those b12 drips are a waste because your body will get rid of it if it’s not needed 😊xx

Yes, you don’t know if you are depleted in these electrolytes etc if you don’t have a blood test, just going off how you’re are feeling isn’t enough, also idk how this can be done without a blood test and being prescribed by a doctor a nurse can’t just do this 🫡
FYI, Vitamins B and C are water soluble, ie the excess you pee out. Yet vitamins A, D, E and K are fat soluble and can be toxic if you get too much.

Brilliant that you are open about your health after being ill and having a virus. Delighted that the LAD for your cognitive function and the vitamin injection have made you feel infinitely better. You are most likely right about lacking vitamins. I have a lot of fruit juices and non dairy milk to get vitamin C, B12, and D. Love and support always! ❤❤
