Drill doctor 350x how to use

Not sharpening, no chisel point, flat tip bits, how to use per the manual. Whole trick is in the alignment of the bit.
1. size chuck approximate to bit where bit can still slide fore/aft
2. Put chuck in machine, tall "line" up
3. Put bit in chuck til it hits the stone and stops. Twist clockwise to press flutes against guide and snug chuck
4. Remove chuck and inspect bit position, tighten
5. Turn with almost no down pressure until sharp. Let the machine do the work.
The grinding will be less and less each rotation as the edge is dialed in.
