Funnily enough, the 45 Second rooms in the Game Time is paused, so most Hades utilize the In-Game timer for the Time. So the 45 second rooms are "Free" to the In-Game timer. If you are using the Real Time, you set the 9:00 timer because it Disables the 45 seconds rooms, those rooms only appear when you use the "unlimited" time normal run style.

I expected it to be about 10 with a low estimate of 7:30 but never did I think that a speedrun could ever come close to a sub-6 without some major glitches but you're just that fast. Well done this is one of the most satisfying speedruns I've ever watched.
This just blows my mind. My current best is 22:48, and that's an outlier way under my consistent average. I don't think I would be able to process a game going this fast. Much respect.

he left a meg guide in the description, I haven't seen it but if its not explained there its basically dash to the island to the left at the start of the room then face north, wait a sec (or do it sooner if you're finding you aren't getting into the position fast enough to have extra time) and then meg.

I am enjoying Arthur most honestly. Did my first 32 heat with it, first try, 18 minutes. Had +3000 damage crits backstabbing with Shadow Slash+chaos backstab boon..Gun can't get you those. But this run was sick. Cluster and rockets, pretty insane! Best I got so far was 14 minutes with cast build, not that I am trying. Still just enjoying this game. It's great in mechanics and artstyle.
Having cluster bomb and the rockets is just a great feeling. You can have the one that allows you to fire your special three times in succession too with a lucky anvil. I got that once. It feels like the ultimate power. Hyper Sprint and rush delivery on top of that...with Eris that is %180 enhanced damage on everything not counting boons.

With a very lucky anvil in Styx you can get cluster, rockets, and use your special 3x. It’s too bad that you can’t find three hammers so that it would be possible before Styx. I got it once, it was just insane.
I started playing Hades this week and I'm addicted. My best time so far is 23 minutes with the fists of malphon and the gilgamesh aspect. I feel like shaving off 10 minutes might take awhile.
If you're using the in-game timer, you actually have about 17 to shave off 😬 I had been pretty intimidated to try the 5:00 per region condition but this makes it look a lot more doable!
The rail is the weapon of choice for speedrunners, but for us normal folk, use the fully upgraded zag bow with aphro on your attack and Artemis on your dash. Hope for a couple chaos gates that offer attack or dash boons, and you will get at least sub 15 consistently.
I thought that in game time speed runs didn’t use any Tight Deadline since you can’t get the Hades challenge room with it on? (The 45 second survival room that I believe stops the in game timer)

It's completely random (as far as I know), though I've had better luck not going into the miniboss rooms. I'd say try the non-miniboss rooms first!
