He's was so fkn high during this performance. Crazy he's even still alive, nevermind making more albums and touring. Amazing. He'll always be a favorite.
I'm trying to figure it out, he WAS WILD, but now in later years he still looks AND sounds good! That's NOT supposed to happen!
I have only seen him young recently. At nearly 68 the drugs have taken their toll.
@@susannahhunt100 TIME itself takes a toll on ALL of us! Billy has a full head of hair and HASN'T gained a ton of weight (KC of Sunshine Band), he looks BETTER than a lot of guys who lived a sedate lifestyle. He ALSO sounds a whole lot better than most of the rock stars of the 80's!

I looked this up. I was supposed to see him as a teen. I had tickets. There was a family emergency so I missed that concert. My husband got me tickets recently to see him in concert this year. Wow, Sober billy puts on the best show. His voice has only gotten better with age.
Yes it has!! His voice is fricken AWESOME!! I grew up with Billy.. One of his newest songs, "Bitter Taste", is top notch.
He's like a fine wine, better with age 🥰
He was UNUSUALLY messed up here, he normally sounded a LOT better than this during his 80's concerts!
This particular show was my third concert ever. Was so impressed with his band.

He was drunk as hell and the funny thing is he actually screamed on stage live like the music video but he was drunk and it was way off
But, at least he still put on a show! I've been to concerts where the lead singer seemed completely COMATOSE, looked like he was just propped up there.
