That curry looked lovely, I’m drooling now. I like Brakspear beer 🍺 and always nice to go into some of the smaller character pubs. We liked Henley on Thames Swiss Farm site and would like to spend more time around Oxford area. The Catherine Wheel had a lovely outside area, I had a lovely blackcurrant porter there. Pizza, beer what else is there to do! Haha, thanks for showing and sharing. Andy and Kim.

Hi guys, thanks for watching, yes it's great to be able to go out in Oxford & Henley as well as the surrounding villages.
Always seem to end up in 'Spoons when we go to Henley!

Hi Tristan, thanks for watching & thanks for your kind words, glad you enjoyed watching it, we're home now but can't wait to go back again! I think the more you get to know a place, the more comfortable you feel there.

@@CaravanningwiththeMrs totally agree, it feels home from home which is lovely. We like Cirencester Park CAMHC site, only just under and hour from where we live so easy and we love it there. Happy caravaning both 😀😀

Hi guys - thanks for watching and great to hear from you - yeah, old pubs are the best! - as long as the beer isn't old, of course!
Yeah, we love the fresh flavours in a decent vegan dish like that Asian broth thing I had - 'mazeballs!

Great Vlog as usual, guys. Been trawling through your back catalogue and see that you reported a damp problem located on the underside of your D4? Well, we bought a D4-4 about 18 months ago (new) but haven't been out in it yet as we were waiting for a new car to turn up to tow it! Basically, we had a look underneath ours earlier today and can see on the corners, signs of damp like yours did. We were wondering if you had anymore problems or if you have any advice for us newbys! We haven't even used the shower so, a bit stumped. Thanks in advance and keep doing what you're doing!

Hi, thanks for watching & hope you enjoyed our back catalogue and I'm glad we brought this to your attention! I'm sorry to see you haven't been able to get out in it yet!!! - although I would deffo recommend caravanning in the driveway! - or wherever you keep it, if you can.
Re: the damp - First of all I would act as quickly as possible if I were you - to reduce the chances of your dealer or Bailey trying to wiggle out of paying for it to be fixed due to some warranty expiring! Bailey originally said it may not be covered under their warranty because the seals etc are only covered by a 3 year warranty and it's just gone over three years, but the dealer said they spotted it within 3 years, luckily, so Bailey have now agreed to pay for the dealer to fix it, we're just waiting for the parts - I will do a vlog when it's all been done.
If I were you, I think you should pour water over all corners by spraying them with a garden hose each for at least 20 mins each and take before & after photos of each area to prove that it is leaking. You may then be able to send these to your dealer to get them to jump into action - that's what I did, my dealer hasn't actually seen the damp yet, they're just going on my photos. I have taken the caravan to them twice to get them to find the damp - both times they said they couldn't find it - and yet I found it straight away!
Hope this helps and good luck!
Here's the video I sent to my dealer of me spraying it which I sent to them with photos - please don't share it.

@@CaravanningwiththeMrs Thanks so much for your advice, Kevin. Luckily we have about 14 months of Warranty left and I am going to be hosing it down to track the problem down. Seems to be a design flaw, which I don't doubt that Bailey know about but haven't addressed. Perhaps they have on the 2023/24 model? The Wife & I have been watching your videos for a good while now - regular TV schedule - take a look at "The Caravan Addys" - they don't go anywhere and stay on a seasonal site called, "Donkey Creek" but they're good entertainment -every week! We'll be definitely hitting the road, no matter what as we need to do some practical caravanning to test all systems in a real situation. Luckily, we have the space on our side garden where we store the van and it's like a handy bolt hole when you fancy a change. The D4 seems to have such a lovely atmosphere inside - relaxing. We'll let you know how we get on with the testing as it's relevant to you and all the other D4 owners who need to be made aware of failures / problems. All the best to Sadie as well and we may well bump into you out there!

@@CaravanningwiththeMrs Kev. I've been doing some underbody inspection and think I've found the problem and it may well apply to yours too! It seems that the side rail where you'd put the awning skirt at the bottom of the caravan is to blame as they haven't used enough sealant in certain areas. If you watch the Bailey assembly video, behind that rail is a n "L" shaped cap that comes down from the side panel under the floor where again, there's no sealant! Problem solved.

OK, cheers, thought it would be something like that - worries me how it all depends so much on sealant to keep it water tight! - I'll watch the Bailey video again but I'll still leave it to my dealer to fix as they're going to cut the flooring out etc. Big (& expensive) job.

@@CaravanningwiththeMrs Yes, I can see how that can happen with the floor really. I found a video by "Vagabond Life" a New Zealander who shows you how to fix the prob. I think you're pretty handy, Kev. I suppose as long as the dealer is footing any bill under warranty, best to let them go for it! Just make sure they seal the floor board ends with a waterproof sealant as extra insurance. Should solve the problem. I'll leave you alone now but thanks for your help!
