- Join us as we explore York and see what it has to offer - as usual we peaked early on with a late night, live music and plenty of drink on the first night!
We met the glorious peacocks and put our new Jackery portable power station through it's paces - we arrived in the mud & left in the mud, but the weather was pretty good inbetween.

Black Sheep are at Masham about 25 miles North (that's who made me redundant in January!!)
Can recommend Masham if you can find a campsite..... 2 breweries with tap rooms and numerous pubs

Love the Caravan. We have a solar panel to top up the leisure battery but debating a jackery!
So do I, which I can now plug into the Jackery -, hopefully I'll give you more details when we go away next week. Works really well.

We may go to the Tewkesbury music fest on the weekend of July 26th if you'd be up for that? Or, we're deffo going to the big Crowmarsh Gifford one on the weekend of July 30th if you fancy that?
In York you're not far from Teesside DA territory. We have a DA meet at Beech Tree Farm, Sutton on the Forest on the weekend of Friday 12th April. £10 per unit per night for "off grid" and within a short drive of York and Easingwold, and Sutton on the Forest is a nice village, too.
Enjoyed your video - that Sunday lunch looked absolutely delicious! (We are vegetarian.) I’m looking forward to the Halo update/review.
