Preparing a Rusty Core Support for Coating (True Spirit # 40)

Dodge tine grille core supports are notorious for rusting out along the bottom, and today I'm repairing and treating mine before I get it coated.

With how much work I plan to do to my '76 d100, I might go bare frame like you have to build it back up. 4x4 swap and a hotter 318 or 360 build with matching built 727. You've made a ton of progress on this project!
