I enjoyed the video on making these English muffins and will definitely have to give it a try. I'm also admiring your kitchen; the lovely windows and beautiful light coming in, the countertops, and also that stunning quarter-sawn oak dining table. They don't make 'em like that anymore.
I am in awe of your culinary talent!😍 This muffins recipe highlights your creativity and expertise in the kitchen. Well done!🤩 Looking forward to your upcoming recipes 🙏👍
I've seen numerous vids on how to make these, but yours look like Thomas' & "crunch" right. Others were good enough, but yours look perfect.😋 Just looked at your channel's vids. How did I just find you? When I searched for Asian recipes, specific or even just Chinese, you never came up. Subbed & thank you. I'm mostly Italian, but Chinese food is my favorite. ❤
Bill's correct, years ago (in the 50s & 60s & maybe the 70s), Thomas's English Muffins were not pre-cut. Everything has gotten much more convenient, not necessarily better.
Could do without all that loud music. Very annoying. Suggestion: cover that sticky dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes. It will be easier to work with.
I never thought about making English Muffins myself. Your family and blog are truly an inspiration... Hope your A/C gets fixed soon!
hilariously it got fixed just a couple days after we filmed this!
Don’t need the horns in the background but they stopped 1:30 in. Love that they cook in a pan - thank you!! 4 mins in horns are back 😢. Have to leave.
Just found your blog and fell in love. Awesome content! Keep it up and looking forward for more 👌
Thank you so much! :)

thank you so much! yes we're very lucky!
Nice video. I use a lid on my cast Iron skillet to create an oven effect. It works well. Thanks for the video. Kudos to the camera operator.
These are a winner! I will be making them. You have a new subscriber. I may try the pumpkin ones too.

Recently made these and I LOVE them...question - if I want to add cinnamon and raisin, can you reccommend the measurements for each?
I am totally making these for my husband's breakfast sandwiches!
Thank you. It is Very testy. I ll try definetly. By the way address of full recipe is at the description part. 🍀🙋🏻♂️🙋🏻♂️🙋🏻♂️🙋🏻♂️👍🏻
Yum. For some reason, I thought you had to roll out layers to get the easy split. Glad to see it is that easy. Trying shortly....
Yes, it's really very easy!
Thank you so much!

Thanks for this, Dan! You settled a little family debate hahah
I remember they were not split years ago 😊
I'm a big fan of raisins in my English Muffins... with peanut butter! :)
oooh that's a great idea!
What does the yogurt do ?
Without music please

The dough does have a brief resting period we just didn't show it :)
The loud music is very distracting.
Did you intentionally mean not to give the quality of each ingredient?
Recipe is in the description box above
I want to make English muffins but this music is making me leave after posting this comment.
