💡Singapore needs to double military personnel, if they can afford to do so, and form highly specialized operational units trained for search and rescue, disaster relief etc.👍🏿 💡Singapore has some of the brightest people and they can serve the world's population in non-combat roles aiding in PRESERVATION OF LIFE rather than destruction of life.🎯
we already do have those personnel? Also you want double army size ah? If counting all reservists thats 700,000 people. In a country with 4 million citizens and PRs. Thats 2/3 of all people fit for military service going for army. You siao liao already is it? Need so many people for what? 700k is half of all the personnel the US army has leh. Yet we are not even 0.0001% the size of the US and have no enemies to fight since we are neutral on as many things as possible. So you want twice the army, which would be nearly 700k if doubling reservists. For what? Got 500 billion spend on equipment ah? Need an army thats on par with Russia? An army half the size of the US or the whole of the EU?
@@quantumsniper9433 Singapore is very efficient and pound for pound in the top 3 nations of the world in my book.🎯 💡You have a world class leader in Mr. Hsien Loong, an inheritor of the legacy of the late great Honorable Lee Kuan Yew and I believe that such leadership can do a MASSIVE GOOD beyond the borders of Singapore.👍🏿✅👍🏿 💡The extra disaster, search and rescue teams of Singapore can even be on a paid basis, as nations need such people during national emergencies and don't have enough of their own people to deal with their larger populations at such times.🎯
@@philandeswilliams1975 i ask you, who want to pay? Most citizens have never seen any natrual disaster in their lives, singapore is fortunate in that the only disasters we ever had to deal with was a bombing and an occasional flood or two. A large search and rescue team in this context is useless since it would never get activated 99% of the time and the 1% it does, you wouldnt need such a large team. So you cant raise taxes to count for it Ask other countries that need it to pay for it. Then wouldnt they just invest in their own such teams? Why need singaporean? Singaporeans also unwilling to help other countries, most have the "ur problem not mine" mentality when it comes to stuff like this. Also dirty work like this is considered "low class" and those that do this stuff would be labelled as "not enough qualifications find better job" type of people
@@quantumsniper9433 Singapore could do some market research into building such teams on a profit model basis; renting such necessary teams to countries who need them.🎯 👉🏿Or even to the United nations; there is ALWAYS somewhere in the world who needs such teams of highly specialized teams, which are never considered low class by any means!‼
So proud of my Singapore boys.
And yet they are paid like bangladesh workers.
I saw this up front live some weeks ago, it was spectacular.
Is such technique use in real combat?
Yes, helocast is a legit insertion method for naval spec ops.
