Oh that's so nice! TSL has so many more aliens with detailed models, but KotOR is just the better game. This will be great for mods. :)

@@MrAbgeBrandt overall i think TSL has better rpg mechanics, nuanced writing and action gameplay, However i keep coming back to the first one, really my favorite too ;)

@@zobizobstudio The engine is a little more advanced with small features like two weapon sets or the upgrading system (although I always found the first game's one more interesting, because it makes those upgradeable weapons *really* unique), skills are actually useful and yes, the writing is more nuanced as well. So I agree :D But I must say that for Star Wars, I enjoy the rather clichéd story of the first game over the dull and drab setting of the second game. From a modding perspective, I also enjoy its world layout much more, with many small modules like the individual buildings in Anchorhead to name just one example. The modules in K2 always felt bloated and lacking detail at the same time. :/
And lastly, I actually think the combat in the first game is more interesting, but not due to mechanics, but rather a more interesting encounter design and the player character being less overpowered :D In TSL you can 1 or 2-hit every enemy but the final bosses later on, no matter if using lightsabers or force storm.

@@MrAbgeBrandt Can't agree more about the dull modules. Dantooine's exterior is boring as hell in TSL, while most of levels from K1 had this soul and polish i cannot find in k2 (even tho, Nar Shadah is one of my fav planet, fits the tone of the game perfectly).
That might be true, i didnt play TSL so much unfortunately. I remember a tough xp difficulty scaling for enemies, which makes any random rat a threat at max lvl, but i was surely not optimising things correctly. 😆

@@zobizobstudio yeah Nar Shaddaa is the only one where the dull appearance and athmosphere is appropriate :D My favourite planet in TSL is Onderon personally, even though it's one of the smallest/shortest. It kind of feels the most K1-like, I guess
In TSL there's a bit of scaling yeah, but if you build your character semi-competently you'll outscale most enemies (just a few like the storm beasts on malachor hit quite hard, but nothing you can't fix with master speed and dual wielding weaponmaster or force storming as jedi/sith master :D) Especially since they removed the damage cap of force powers. Using death field in a shyrack cave and healing 200+ HP at once is quite funny.

@@MrAbgeBrandt Indeed, Onderon's color palette is warmer, also really liked the whole design, feels like a nabooesque planet.
Didn't know about the damage cap for force powers, interesting ! I should give another shot to TSL some day :)

I don't even know haha, maybe my creature file was also understated i didn't bother much, it was only for playtesting ^^

I think they may have instakill blasters. Some sith guards you are not supposed to fight do.
