very nice combo of colours with the navy/grey + the sol ! I was hesitating between full black and light grey. I just purchased the black ones because I was afraid that the clear ones looks too chunky on feet. Bought them mainly for walking on rainy days in town and for travelling in mounty areas
@CodeCal you may be right but any shoes is made of loads of material and foam/sponge and water will stay in those material.First that GORE-TEX needs to do his job properly.

Black ones easier to maintain in terms of cleaning them
These colours are nice, I love a chunky trainer
Good for the outdoor hikes too
Water resistant means that when get wet you will struggle to dry it.Why pay for goretex if not waterproof?

gore-tex is supposed to be an hydrophobic membrane which doesn't need to get dry
