- Bodega and Hoka are set to drop a limited collection later today, March 25th! I was sent over a pair of the Kaha Low GTX and I had to throw up a review of these hiking shoe beauties! Featuring a water resistant Gore-Tex booty, a nubuck and suede upper, along with Hoka's signature chunky dual density foam midsole, this is a pair I didn't expect to appreciate until I got them in hand! I think for a small but growing community, the Hoka Kaha was a game changer for hiking shoes.
They are still niche compared to say Salomons and the Kaha probably lack some of the durability of newer models like the Anacapa.
But in terms of comfort and the wide variety of less intensive environments they can be utilised in, like lighter backpacking, trail running and just a casual hike or around the streets in poorer weather, they are great shoes.
Really impressed to see an actual performance silhouette get some love and a nice colab.
They also look good, particularly for a type of shoe that is typically very austere or utilitarian.
Why would they lack durability vs the anacapa, it's basically the same shoe but more leather
@@aron2922 just the sole. There is better coverage of Vibram on the outsole of the Anacapa.
I wear these EVERYDAY during the winter time to walk my dogs. I have the lows and high tops. These are the best hiking shoes out there. I can wear them for hours, they are so comfy!

spotted a set at goodwill and knew they were something special, not these but hokas in general. looked them up and knew i had to grab them. these in the vid are beautiful though and knowing they have a collab w gortex and bodega(two brands i love)i know i and was destined to know of this brand

Is the breathability pretty bad? These look amazing...
Yeah, surprisingly breathable for being waterproof. I have a few of the high and lows of these Kaha's, and even wore them in Palm Desert one time for video work - 100 degrees out and my feet were not noticeably hot.

Comfy and supportive. Not as squishy as a yeezy slide but way more support

Bro - quit with the "high water jeans" - get you some damn pants that fit normal like 95% of the world. very few people have they pants hiked up 3 inch above they ankles... otherwise your on feet shots are pointless, because I can't get any idea how they will look with normal person jeans.
Feel free to watch another channel with better pants if it really bugs you. I dress how I dress for myself lol.
