Actually jugdral was at war for only a year The period between generations was relatively peaceful as sigurd basically killed half the continent so arvis didnt have much trouble conquering
I mean i guess its down to interpretation but i think there are like 10 years there where arvis was emperor and the resistance wasnt really that structured yet so it wasnt really a war time
The windy sage that depends on your definition of peace. If being quiet and there being no resistence means peace then you’re right. But child hunts, genocide, are all happening through out the conitinents more and more, so It’s definitely a lot worse then if they’re were wars and resistance. Not to mention arvis was the one who basically gave the loptyr cult free passage way through the countries
