  • There may be many benefits of honey, lemon, grapefruit and mint, but combine them and you definitely get a nice cup of hot tea. I drink lemon and ginger to soothe symptoms of cold and flu. This is also a good source of vitamin C and antioxidants.

How To Make Honey Lemon Preserve
    Citrus Honey Tea Preserve

Комментарии • 136

Hello All, I forgot to mention that I store my jars of honey preserve in the fridge for up to a month. It may last longer just be sure to store in the refrigerator. You can eat a spoonful to sooth a sore throat or add to a cup of hot water for tea. 😁
EDIT: For those asking, I scrubbed the fruit with salt. 🙂
    Hope you all are well!
    Have a good weekend!

I speak from personal experience: Plant mint in a terracotta pot or other container. I found out the hard way that after mint develops its strong horizontal root system there is no killing this plant. It will continue to spread out and take over.

This looks so good I'm gonna have to make this once I can get my hands on some fruit (lockdown in a small town is killer). But it's super important to mention that depending on your medications you can't use grapefruit! Lots of meds have warnings on them about not eating grapefruit and it can be deadly depending on the medication! Love how people are starting to cook more rn but it's always a worry people will hurt themselves and not be able to get the medical attention they need.
