I really enjoy the Taco Bell promos. I really want a few cards from booster set two. Like the vampire guy and the crest of courage. Interestingly I am fairly sure I have that goldramon card the un01
That's a lucky one if you have it indeed! Myotismon and other Series 2 cards are very common so you'll definitely find some for a good price!
I had three of the UK version of the DW-01 card. Sold one about 8 years ago and still have two. I've been looking for info on them for years. Nice to find a video featuring one. I've never found another one pictured/for sale online until today when I guy messaged me about a blog post on Reddit. I'm interested to know how many were printed/still exist. Must be much more rare than the U.S. ver.

@@BopisTCG here in Italy we had only the first deck and expansion set. It’s a shame because we don’t have anything’s else and on eBay it’s had to find interesting things there days 🥲.
@@BopisTCG Yes, very interestingi! As a child I had the first deck and in recent years I have struggled to collect the first expansion set. They are the only things that have arrived in Italy. I'm trying to move forward with the collection, but I can't find anything anymore and since there's no market it's really difficult...

The list is great! Sadly i couldn sent you mine but i dont think mine wouldnt be that much different from the final list. I think im still on the hunt for some of the starter foils and that Venommyotismon from the french series 3. Hope to get them in the future.

Hey man! Great video! I was wondering which perfect fit sleeves you use for the older digimon cards? I have KMC perfect fit in sleeves and they don't fit.
Yeah certain prints seem to have that issue! Especially non-English seem to be a mm wider in my experience.
For those, I use ultra Pro sleeves. You need the 66 X 91 mm ones for them. They still fit in penny sleeves that way, too.

They sure are difficult to find! I got lucky and now only need two more of them, but I have no clue if I'll ever find them though!
The CP versions sure are a lot easier to find, and nicer to your wallet too hehe

In fact we know a little more about fx cards than what you said in your video. It seems it was given as promotionnal stuff to employees working on digimon animated movies. At least it is the case for french fx. A package under blister with the 7 characters cards has appeared on french marketplace few months ago.
That's interesting! Was is blue by any chance? I've heard rumours that apparently the cards came in a blue pack, at least for the English ones. And the German cards came with a CD, that we do know for certain.
@@BopisTCG blue pack correspond to a pack with VHS 4, 5 and 6. The cards were given to employees to annouce the future launch of the blue edition VHS. It came with a ”press relation” document : a promotionnal flyer

Honestly I think a good amount of the French cards would be on the list as top rare cards along with goldramon. Goddamn venommyotismin, Rosemon, and manga angemon are keeping me from having a compete set of all the original digi battle card game lol

Sometimes auctions are put locally instead of worldwide. Can't seem to find him with the .com or .ca version either.

Forum, no. There used to be a subreddit but that's closed down for unknown reasons.. now there is only the general Digimon subreddit and one for the new card game.
There is however a Facebook group that's quite active! It is called 'Digimon Digi Battle Card Game Community!' - always welcome!
How can I tell rarity’s between cards?
You don't. Not even joking haha. People put together lists due to pull rates from packs, but I have never seen an official list
Wait the fox kids promos are the rarest? I have the entire set. I got them as a kid and i believe i got them from a saturday morning fox kids mail in event where you mailed in and got the cards. I prob could he wrong though

whats up with that PSA 10 lucemon on Ebay going for $100,000? i was expecting it to be in the list if its going for that price
That's the new TCG, of which I have little to no knowledge. Probably a promo or secret rare, but even then.. is it a sold listing or asking price? Because that would explain a lot. Even the ghost rare Omnimon PSA 10 doesn't go for that price.

Aaah.. didn't even know he was in those sets lol. I thought he was only in the newer tcg.
But if it is a Holo from those sets and a PSA 10, price sure would be high. So high though, that seems stretching it by a long shot.

Pretty cool but you didn’t mention the Taco Bell set from canadas Taco Bell kids meals
Correct! I had it in my personal list, as did some others, but putting all results together it didn't make it.
However, as mentioned, I asked collectors all over the world and did see that European collectors did have the Taco Bell in their list, and usually around spot 6 or so, whilst the American collectors did not, or somewhere down the bottom, as they were more common to them, but us Europeans never got them.
It was a close call with the movie promos, but they somehow popped up more as well as higher, which resulted in them being part of the final list, which was a huge surprise to me!
The same was true the other way around for the Swedish and Shreddies set, by the way, being ranked lower by European collectors as they were more obtainable to us.
But due to the sets consisting of more cards/holos, they did rank higher too.
I personally put the Taco Bell set at number 6 or 7 if I recall correctly!
@@BopisTCG I remember going to Taco Bell multiple times a week as a kid trying to get them all lol. Sadly 5 years ago when I moved into my new house, I had all my old digimon cards in my basement and it flooded. They were all destroyed. I got all my new ones upstairs in a protected case now haha
