Salam sis, the best advice I can give you is for you and your family to read the athkar everyday. I personally downloaded an app on my phone, so I can easily read it when I'm commuting to school for example. And especially make sure to read the ma'oothat (Surah Al-Falaq, Surah An-Nas, and Surah Al-Ikhlas) three times each, at least twice a day (once in morning, once in evening) and inshaAllah, Allah will protect you from all harm :)

use 2tb flaxseed 2teaspoon Fenugreek seed 2teaspoon kalonji seed in water of 1 & half cup & switch on flame reduce till its sort of liquid gel water switch off now & add this to muslin cloth and squeeze the gel from muslin cloth & take this gel liquid & apply it to head at night(dry it off in fan) wash off and in morning or apply for 15-25 min or 1 hour & have head bath afterwards it will work if you can't do the above then do the down one take hlf cup curd + hlf cup or 1/4cup of curry leaves in mixi jar & make it like juic by 1/4cup water & drink everyday ul grow ur hair really try it

Thirdly I believe you know that there's difference between beauty and noor. When you look at the heading it says "Wazifa For Beauty and not Wazifa For Noor. The whole of the Qur'an is Noor.And there's no doubt that when a servant is on the obedience of Allāh,reciting the Qur'an, reflecting and pondering upon it's verses will definitely feel the sweetness of his/her Ēmān.Such a person's heart,face etc...will then be filled with noor both inwardly and outwardly. Such is a blessing which is not granted to anyone except the true believers of Monotheism who are upon piety(Taqwa) of Allāh in all aspects of their lives. If you still have thia problme you should sleep well, drink a lot of water, do light excercise, watch your diet and also get your blood checked plus don't forget about exfoliation and a good but simple skincare routine. And you can not achieve that unless you try to the best of your ability to fear Allah as He deserves to be Feared. That can only be achieved by implementing upon the Qur'an and the sunnah of His Messenger SAW and putting it in to practice. That's by doing the obligatory act's of worship which Allāh has ordained on us like praying the 5 daily prayers on their fixed time, fasting, obeying one's parent etc....and abstaining from all that's forbidden. Its true though but just cuz one person is a hafidh, it doesnt meam they are perfect, maybe they are not reciting properly or often or they sin alot. I know for a fact when I read more Quran and leave sins, there is more noor on my face 100% a fact because Allah's rahma bestows upon such a person

And if you have any, then kindly provide them with authentic narrations. We follow the speech of Allāh (Qur'an) and the authentic narrations of His Rasūl sallallāhu alaihi Wasallam and also upon the understanding of the Salaf As-Saalih, And not just what anybody says.
Thirdly I believe you know that there's difference between beauty and noor. When you look at the heading it says "Wazifa For Beauty and not Wazifa For Noor. In which ever way you still put it,we believe all these have no basis as I said earlier. The whole of the Qur'an is Noor.And there's no doubt that when a servant is on the obedience of Allāh,reciting the Qur'an, reflecting and pondering upon it's verses will definitely feel the sweetness of his/her Ēmān.Such a person's heart,face etc...will then be filled with noor both inwardly and outwardly. Such is a blessing which is not granted to anyone except the true believers of Monotheism who are upon piety(Taqwa) of Allāh in all aspects of their lives.
In a nut shell, we must show gratitude to the way Allāh has created us and we all have different looks.Allāh Subhānahu Wa Ta'ālā created us in such a manner out of His Wisdom. So you can't say by reading these verses will change a person's way of looking.Allahu A'âlam and May He Âzza Wajall grant all of us the right guidance.
