To keep your skin healthy, what worked for me: In the morning, start by properly cleansing your face. Use mild gentle face wash only like I use riceberrry facewash of littleexttra and then apply moisturizer to your face. Riceberry has antioxidants which protects my skin from free radicals and thus prevents aging. Avoid overwashing your face. Only cleanse it in the morning and before bed. Remember to keep your face moisturized throughout the day. Also, don't neglect sunscreen, even indoors. Dry skin exposed to the sun can lead to white patches on the skin. Therefore, it's important to keep your skin hydrated and shield it from excessive sun exposure.

but here is some advice from my teacher,
1. 10 minutes before an exam, you just pray 2 rakaat, it can be hajat prayer/mutlaq prayer or anything...
2. just recite some salawat and istighfar when you feel like it's on the tip of your tongue (you know it but you can't remember it at the moment) because forgetfulness is a satan's temptation
just do it inshaallah it will make you pass the exam with ease✌️🙏☺️😊

@@mrackz1047 You should go to a 'good' dermatologist. I had acne too, 'cystic acne' but I went to a dermatologist and she prescribed me 'Isotretinoin' and I swear on Allah that within 1 month a lot of my face cleared up that even the PA acknowledged it. However, Isotretinoin should not be taken while trying to get pregnant or during pregnancy as it can cause defects in baby. So, if you are not planning babies right away, see a dermatologist to see what's best for you.
Also, ask your family doctor or GP to check your blood test for hormonal imbalance. If there is hormone imbalance such as high testosterone level/ high androgens then acne can arise too. Spironolactone helps to tackle acne if there is hormonal imbalance, but see a dermatologist to see what's best for you. There can be many causes of acne.
I am suffering from acne since 7 years. I wish after listening this dua I will bless with a clean and healthy skin. Amin

listen brother..i swear by almighty..i was bullied very harshly for my looks..and i was very insecure..
just include niacinamide pills in your diet
use salicylic acid on your face but don't overdo it..use hyaluronic acid serum on your face..and most importantly use black seed oil(kalonji oil).its cheap but its very effective as prophet Mohammed saw has recommended it to us and include black seeds in your diet too .

I want to share that I have an experience.. I practice this prayer every time I finish ablution... a few weeks after that... my friend said to me "you are beautiful" and a few months ago .. it was exciting that someone said that when he saw me, he felt it, his eyes felt cold.. he said when he saw me he wanted to look again... @@Roexer3344 I have to tan and have redness on my face. And I found this video. Listing twice and also reciting this verse, Sura-Imran (3:107) every morning.
Beside this, recite Sura Al-Fatiha 41 times and blow my breath over 1 glass of water. Then I drink this water a little bit and wash my face with it.
And I didn't use any kind of cream except apply vaseline to my face and keep it for the whole night. Continue this cycle for one week. And I'm blessed. My tanned and rushes are gone. I back my soft, glowing skin.
*****I'm still going on this process. Decided to continue for long period In Sha Allah 💞

I've been listening to this due for now 3 days , and repeated it with some other few duas related to face glow and clear skin etc , and I swear that today when I woke up to pray fajr I made this dua with the others just after I have finished praying , then mom walked in and she was like : "you're face is full of noor this morning mashallah " I t really made my day and this is why you should never loose hope in Allah

Assalamualaikum guys so I am gonna share my experience 2 years before I had faced worst skin issues like acne pimples whiteheads and blackheads but still my face is beautiful and in my 20s and guys that phase is really tough to handle I tried everything to get rid of acne and my skin issue but guess what I always prayed to Allah to give me clear glowing skin I always made dua and still I always make also now my skin is literally good my acne reduced my pigmentation my inflammation acne just got really better still I get 1 or 2 acne but it's kk Alhamdulillah it's not big issue now what I wanna say is just make dua no matter what one day your dua is going to accepted and always thankful Allah he is the only one qho can help you😊
