The excursions run between New Hope and Street Road in Lahaska, a distance of about 4.5 miles. The line itself continues another 12 miles to Ivyland/Warminster. Generally the only excursion that run that far down is the Fall Foliage excursion. There is a run-around track at both New Hope and Lahaska.
One on the right isn't new, just receiving paint and maintenance. It's C30-7 #7087. One on the left is owned by Pennsylavnia Northeastern. It's a former Canadian National SD40-2T, which was recently repainted into that orange/black scheme.
Just out of curiosity, where do the excursion trains turn around? In other words, where is the last crossing the train will be going over before going back to the station?
