Good for a single, and as such there could be a 2-burner cooktop and a smaller fridge so there'd be more counter space.

@@MJN260 Yes, 2 points of egress are required in most states in the US.
@@teresal5553 It is based on square footage and as long as the windows can pass through as an emergency exit. This is a fantastic space and a guest couch that can be folded into a bed. You have to be creative.
