Aren't they afraid that there is no one to hear their voices far away, the houses are so small that they cannot accommodate more than two people, if an animal attacks, then what will they do in such a situation?

Do you have to pay a lot rent to keep your tiny home on this property? I know some tiny home communities' investors are charging astronomical lot fee rents and end up pricing tenants out and putting up expensive condos are worried about that?
