As an outsider ( from the UK ) unincorporated the town, then no more problems, and as you said you can't wipe out history and your memories are in your head, the town people are not interested. I think they are slipping back into their old ways,shame, all that hard work.

By Zim telling the public they can’t ask questions during public comment will land the town in a civil rights lawsuit. The public can ask and say anything they want as long as the speech is protected. So not threats or defamation.
I agree with you. By not allowing the residents to comment on anything that they want pertaining to the city makes anything submitted to the clerk not on the record and the council can just blow them off. Even with the upcoming festival I am seeing the meeting going backwards instead of forward. It's time for them to unincorporate.

I no you travel but go to Va and go to (foam hedge) it’s really stone hedge but made out of (foam)….come to Vinton Va right at Roanoke and hit the good wills their to.. it’s beside krogers a lot of goodwills here I go all the time summer time yard sales everywhere block sales so that would be a great adventure for you both… if ya ever decide to come to Roanoke would love to meet the famous mayor from otter creek.
I know Joseph was arrested a little while back. His mug shot was posted on the Levy County Mugshots & More fb page. I had to go back and look. It was just for a moving violation on October 12th. Maybe that has something to do with it. But they also don't have him listed as an OC resident on there. They have him listed as a High Springs resident.

Can you please put a link to whomever has a video of the last town meeting? QUESTION: Did anyone find out how much it would cost to drill the existing well Deeper (to get to the clean water)? It may be cheaper and faster to get it done.

From what I’ve always heard after three consecutive meetings you can be voted out of your position as a Council Member. Thomas is so damn childish and immature it’s crazy how he was trying to start 💩 the whole council meeting it’s time for someone to fog his head and humble him. Madam Mayor yal really should buy some more property in Otter Creek so you can run for a Position again. How were they able to vote for another inspector when they already Voted for someone else. I love going around looking at Christmas Lights as well especially those that have it set up where you can listen to music on the Radio that’s sinked up with the lights yal should do a video of yal going around looking at Christmas Lights it definitely would make a great video. On the Website they really should have the Ordinances & the Minutes from the Council Meetings and bedsides being able to Pay your Water Bill they should have it set up with links that goes to Websites for other Utilities as well as links for the Websites for the Fire Department & Sheriff Department as well they should have a picture of the Council Members & the Clerk with the Email Addresses to contact them. They really should start trying to attract and bring in Businesses to Otter Creek it really would help bring in money for the Town. Besides getting Signs when Richard is cutting the Grass they really should block off the road that he’s working on and move the Road Blocks to the next Road that he goes to work on to help keep him from getting hit since people fly down the Roads all the time. They really should sue Russell for all the Damage that he caused at the Water Plant since it’s his fault the Town is going through what they are going through. I know Russell isn’t on the Council anymore whatever happened to the Ethics Violations and the Investigations against Russell. Keep up the great videos.
How would the fact that so much of Cedar Key was destroyed by the hurricane affect the water line? Sounds like that intersection needs to be a 4 way stop.

I live in a town that unincorporated, the town still has the right to come back if they chose but it will cost the people and town big money.
