I'm waiting for my kids to get a lot older before I try this. Do your arms ache after a flight, much upper body strength needed for the tight manoeuvres?

Everyone posts to fly safe, good advice, but sadly we all know that those who continue to pursue this sport have a reasonably accurate knowledge of how they will "fly out of here", someday.

When flying steep it’s not so bad, but when max gliding to/from lines, & flaring, etc it is definitely recommended 💪
