  • Back in June of this year, I decided to give myself a 30 day no alcohol detox but ended up going 100+ days with no alcohol. In this video, I give a recap on how the journey went and if I'm considering ever drinking again. 100 Days of no alcohol has it's pros and cons but MOSTLY pros.
Here's my experience going 100+ days without any alcohol.

1:33 - That is the principle of addiction dude. Most people get confused, addiction is not if you drink too much, but if you can't be without drinking... Regardless if you are abusing or not... But that you are drinking the entire week!
The trap of my addiction was just that, i though the same.
I was saving beers so i could drink another day, i was drinking less just so i could have more to drink later, i couldn't be without drinking, strategizing ways to keep having drinks constantly, that is the principle of addiction and just get worse by time...
So, may i ask if you were doing these strategies?
Good that you could stop! Nice testimony!

$300 a month savings equals $3,600 a year! After a year, you should reward yourself with something with some of that money. Happy for you. Keep it up!

Great video! You touched on so many positive aspects of quitting alcohol. I like how you mentioned that you don't crave alcohol any more because it is no longer a part of your routine. That's been the key for me as well. I've created a better, more productive routine and life without alcohol and I find that I don't crave it near as much. I'm only on day 82 of no alcohol and my life has done a 180 for the better. Thanks for the motivation boost! You got my sub! 👍👍

im still finding more ways to be more productive and i'm find other hobbies and activities that do not involve alcohol and it has been nice. Just like you mentioned in your day 86 video, you find things to do around the house or with your family. It's awesome!

Wow, thank you so much for this video! There is a huge difference between this one and your 30 day no alcohol in that you seem much happier now. I don't see a reason that we need alcohol, it's just been pushed on us; we have been brainwashed to believe that we need it.
