Thank you Delonda. You just began your jouney and i can already see you get better by the day. I am proud of you dat you tryed and in my opinion you did an awesome job. Thank you showing me (us) step by step how to do it. Eventhough i dont have a embroidery machine i enjoyed your tutorial and even made noted for the future. You are truly a teacher by heart. Thank you and be proud because tou did awesome and the colors you choose are 🔥. i love it 😊❤
Looks fantastic delonda . Yah if you use heat N bond on the back of the fabric you won’t get any fraying at all . And the great thing using that is you can iron it once you have embroidered and it adheres the fabric good and strong on the garment . :-) I use the duckbill scissors too they are brilliant as well . Love the design and love watching you and really happy you have started doing embroidery as well . Even more for me to watch and learn from :-)
As usual you did a great job. Before I retired a couple years ago I wanted a sew/embroidery machine so bad so of course I bought it and It wasn't cheap I think I might have used it 4xs since I had but this makes me want to pull it out and as you would say give it the old college try. thank you for the motivation.
I have a flatbed embroidery machine and LOVE it! Have you gotten sucked into the Kimberbell world yet? It’s dangerous but omgoodness it pumps out the cutest projects. You can even make a quilt all in the hoop!! I use Embrilliance for my software and love it. Are you using software yet? I highly recommend Embrilliance .also magnetic hoops are a game changer!! Makes hooping finished in literally seconds!I think your machine can use the mighty hoop or even the Durky easy. And also using a sticky back stabilizer so you can just float your shirts or projects makes things so much easier than hooping all the fabric. Congrats on your amazing ricoma! Super jealous!
Thank you very much! I haven't heard of 99% of the things you listed; but they all sound interesting. I am very new to the world of embroidery. Very, very new.
Hi there. I just found this video and love it. Great job. I am not an expert at all for embroidery but heard or saw somewhere that they recommend hooping sweatshirts with the large opening toward the machine and then flip the design on the screen. That way you don't run into problems with the neck being too tight and the fabric shifting. Like I said it's just what I heard.
hey! 👍🏾 now that’s what I’m talking about! I will try Gildan as you suggested. One day I’m going to be on your level. Love your channel, your personality and alllll of your work. Keep it going!
Awesome effort. Congrats on your new machine. I know this wasn't the issue you were having. But with a design that wide, and I'm not sure the size of the crew neck. You should hoop it upside down and put the bottom in first. More room at the waist then the neck line. If neck area gets caught on the sewing arm it could throw off the registration.
Your doing great. Omg love the knockout design havent seen anything like that only on HTV, sublimation, DTF and DTG Are you going to teach us how you made that awesome design You did great
Watched the replay. You did excellent. It appears that the outline did not line up with the original stitch. Even if you had cut closer the satin stitch did not stich where it should have. It may have lost registration or was not digitized correctly.
👍🏾 that is awesome, I like it cause it looks intentionally distressed. Along with all the other things you do.. really like this hat you threw in the ring! You go girl(in my Martin voice)❤ Just wondering in the near future will there be a specific day for embroidery? Just so relaxing to watch those colors going😂
Great job I’m learning as well I have a Ricoma 20 needle. I love it. I do want to ask did you create the appliqué your self? Or are you out sourcing thanks
@@CraftingwithDelonda if I may ask who did you use? I’m just learning too I mean I’m doing my very first projects so I saw you I was encouraged thank you so much.
that is very pretty mrs delonda i have the pe800 i wasn't thinking i guess because i bought the file and attempted to make it but my biggest hoop is to small .. sad face
Ooooh, I have heard that Bella Canvas is the best. However, all of my hoodies and 99% of my shirts are Gildan and Gildan soft style. I really love Gildan soft style. It is not expensive and the quality is top tier.
You did pretty darn good. My suggestion is not to place it on the floor, don't twist and turn your hoop like that.😅 You loosen the fabric which will throw off the alignment. I love embroidery.
I love it. You make me want to get me an embroidery machine. ❤❤
Thank you ❤️
Thumbs up! if you’re learning! ❤
Thank you very much!
Not bad at all. Angela Jasmina does use heat and bond and it works wonderfully. You are mastering it❤❤
Oh thank you!

I am not sure if I missed it, did you use heat n bound on the back of the fabric?
Nope
You have your hands in everything. Like me😂
And it is overwhelming, lol

Great job I’m learning as well I have a Ricoma 20 needle. I love it. I do want to ask did you create the appliqué your self? Or are you out sourcing thanks
Thank you so much! I outsourced it; but I am learning. I only know how to do the letters and a simple stitch.
@@CraftingwithDelonda if I may ask who did you use? I’m just learning too I mean I’m doing my very first projects so I saw you I was encouraged thank you so much.

Oh no, let me see what I can do. How big is your biggest hoop?

Thank you ❤️
I don't have a link, but I purchased it from Joanne Fabrics and it is item #18459321
Hey Delonda
Hi there!
Hi all
Ms. Delonda! What brand/type of T-Shirt is the best to use?
Ooooh, I have heard that Bella Canvas is the best. However, all of my hoodies and 99% of my shirts are Gildan and Gildan soft style. I really love Gildan soft style. It is not expensive and the quality is top tier.
