Lost it when u showed half of KC's shades were gone😅. Me and a few old huntin buddies used to keep some old blue blockers in the huntin-mobiles and goof around like they were rally caps or somethin! Bout to go gig us a hoss buck! Lol. But the amount of cardio in this episode is setting a good balance between pizza and biscuit gravy. May be why KC had the BG's...Super stoked either way! Awesome episode bros! BUCK TRUCK!!!!!
This should go down as the greatest whitetail video of all time. I’ve watched it four times since it came out, it’s got everything. Giant bucks, tree stand sits, quick success, public land despair, sickness, and success. It’s the entire roller coaster of whitetails in one video.
I love the little editing touches that are special to buck truck episodes. That little shot of him talking with audio of his voice playing from the truck speakers. Solid 🤙
The part I love the most is how excited y’all both are for each others kills. Your friendship is something else. Keep giving the Lord praise he is worthy.😊

My youth in me rejoices, my old man in me hates to see that buck suffer even as quick as it was. I'll always be a hunter yet I'll always make certain my shot is the best possible. Y'all are ethical hunters and men. Congrats on your bucks and your hunting ethics.

The way these boys headed back to the truck in the intro😂 You’d of thought they had 10 head of walkers in the box. Nothing like a good sprint before a chase. That’s what it’s all about, thrill of chase. Still hunter, Houndsman alike.

Doesn’t matter how good the shot was, Ya can’t go recover the buck without the other guy! It’s the Number one rule when I hunt with buddies, we all want to partake in the recovery in real time!

God gave me a set of cameras with instant feedback. One on each side of my nose. I’ve never in my life hunted with a deer camera. I’ve always just walked the land that I hunt looking for scrapes, tracks and trails

@The Element its not to bad, alot different to over there. We don't have tags or permits apart from hog deer. No one tries to manage for big bucks, we call them stags. Most of our deer are nearlly considered pests and you can kill as many as you want.

The Element, as a show, is great. MeatEater, as a show, is great. I'm not sure what's going on with BuckTruck. I genuinely want to like this show. Then I see two great deer get hit with sub-optimal shot placement. Yes, that 2nd deer went down quick. That arrow transversed it's entire digestive cavity. I understand stuff like that happens, but two thoughts. With a CoC / fixed blade, that little stuff in front would have been no big deal, and the arrow could have been a lot further forward, which would have been mostly lungs and heart, rather than lung, liver, intestine. Second, with a heavy fixed blade, a frontal would have been entirely possible. You got it done, for sure. The support of two people who love deer hunting, leaning on each other, is great. The friendship, the camera crews, the work that goes into finding the deer, that's all awesome. I have a very small channel. If I put up a shot like K.C.'s last two, I'd be SWAMPED with haters. Everything about this show is great, with the glaring exception of shot placement. Yeah, those deer were recovered and yeah, they died quickly. I'm not arguing that. This already has 50K views, and I'm sure it'll have a lot more before the next ep comes out. There's 1.1 MILLION PEOPLE subrx'd to this channel. What did they learn? That it's ok to take a shot you THINK you know the distance on? That it's ok to take a sub-optimal shot angle as long as it's lethal? IDK. I love MeatEater, and I genuinely like you boys from @TheElement. I'm having trouble squaring the shot placement on 2 of the last three deer though.

I’m from PA and me and my family take trips to MT and the last time we went we got a permission from someone we call the widow woman. The original farm we hunt has 1,000 acres. The widow woman has 6,000 acres. More ground that we know what to do with.
