Something I noticed is that both Tony Dove and Gasper Joe only become Golden Opportunists if you push them into it, which IMO makes them even creepier.
I'm surprised at how many possible outcomes there are for Tony Dove. I knew you could kill him on the spot, knock him out non-fatally, give him joy (whereupon he shows up down the line as a mutant), or sneak around him and later find him dead with his brother before you face Jackie. Makes me curious what the sixth one is, as there's apparently that many according to the dev commentary.
Yeah. KO'ing Barry then escaping the fight ends up with Tony getting a crying + angry sprite and fighting you whenever you come near. For the full game they should add _6 more_ outcomes for Tony. Including one where he JOINS THE FRANCHISE!!!!! soyjak
@@ProfligateEater21753 There aren't a lot of encounters with the Golden Opportunists, but they disturbed me more than the Infinity Franchise did in _Pointless._ They're motivated by much darker urges than the franchisers. I hope we'll get to see more of them in the second half of _Undone._
to this day i still wonder how these Rando army soldiers managed to get converted into Golden Opportunists, and why they turn into shadows once they've been killed
@@Spesnom Not OP, but some NPCs who hate themselves begin sinking into mud, including one of the final bosses. Rando can talk to one of his soldiers about this, and neither of them understand why this is happening.
I just now discovered that if you interact a few times with one of the crabs in Rando Island, Buddy will press a hidden button behind it, i'm not sure what it does and i haven't found any info about it The amount of things you can miss in one run is insane, like the different events if you interact with some Npcs without wearing a mask, or the optional encounters if you have a high Hatred stat, not to mention the extra options/outcomes for having the optional party members (Mr Fantastic can get you the truck keys for free; Oswald can convince certain shopkeepers to lower their prices... on so on), also how much everything changes at Randoland after being taken by the Unics Gosh if they add even more stuff to chapter 1 in an update, i'm SO in for it
@@xerosin Outside of that locked warehouse with lot of empty gerenators at the beggining of the game, i was testing maxing out Buddy's hatred and i wanted to check if i could fight the crabs, and well, that happended lol

@@xerosin i also found a little easter egg during that one flashback at Oswald's old house, if you interact a few times with that locked door in the kitchen that leads outside, you'll be able to open it, there's nothing but a black void, you can't do anything but go back inside, once you do, that empty frame over the couch will change to a picture of what seems to be someone crying (or that's what i think it is, i couldn't figure out the spritework very well, maybe i'll sneak into the gamefiles to check)

I swear I missed like half the game. Someone REALLY needs to make a wiki.
Boy do i have good news for you

Knocking out Barry (but not killing him) and then running gives another second Tony fight.

He also joins the mudmen in the sewers if you unlive his brother and escape (without KOing Tony himself)

I think it’s similar to what happened to the mud men.
@@xerosin what happened to the mud men if I may ask?

Where's Tony Dove? Never saw him in Randoland
Damn the amount of things you can miss in this game is crazy
He’s right after Rando joins you if you just go right.
Tony Dove bad ending. Well, one of them anyways...
How much comtent was there in undone? I feel like i missed so much
