I find cutting both ends off,slice down one of the ribs,then lay pepper flat on the side.Insert knife fully into pepper,cut out each rib then remove the core seeds and all.Now your pepper is prepped for squares or julienne cuts(strips),the end pieces will be saved for another use.Please give it try!
