I used a lot of dynamics and articulations. You can use staccato for every short note, some short glissandos in slower parts, and some scoops and falls from the glissando pallet. You can also take advantage of the fact that if you play very fast notes, it will sound different from longer notes; this can be useful for expressions and details.
