I still have just 1 more question and that is - Why is Alpha earth is considered threat? I mean Alpha agents never went to omega earth before pearl time but their people still considered Alpha as threat. In order to be considered as threat we must have done something to them, right?
I have a theory our world(alpha) was the copy, the omega earth was so advance that maybe they built a machine that makes a copy of their omega earth but the copy of the world was the past version that's why omega earth was so advance in technology while alpha is not that advance and the reason why the omega earth created a copy of the world because their radianite is depleting and they used the mirror world to get radianite

My theory on Omen.
Omen was actually 3 people investigating the Point Light before for whatever reason, the 3 aliases named Yohan, Fred, etc.
The Point light struck and all 3 were annihilated.
When Sage tried to resurrect them their remains were completely gone so thus all that was returned was a single corpse fused to save what little life force remained in the resurrected state.
Viper then doused the body with some substance and then told sage to resurrect the corpse over and over again in hopes of returning whoever this was as it had some ties with the lost 3.
Then Omen returned, A faceless ghoul who when asked "who was he?"he swiped 3 lines streaking across his face as all 3 of their minds were trapped in one body, shroud escape every pore of him, quickly being bandaged together.
And all he said was "An Omen"

I feel like Chamber is the main plot twist in the future. There's just so much mystery in him that alters what we believe by adding a tiny bit to the lore.

Fade's blackmail message to Sage makes me think that Sage's powers are actually taking another life from somewhere and then giving it to a person who sage is reviving. Supporting this is Omen's voice line where he goes "Sage, the life you give. Do you ever wonder where it is taken from?" Something like that. Is that confirmed? I don't know much about other theories that are confirmed.

It could be that she’s stealing lives of the copies from other universes. Or it could simply be a random from around the world
Maybe its said because the people she revives, don’t they kill other people once they’re alive again? How many lives is she really saving if she always keeps the murders alive

sometimes i wonder if Skye is limited to wooden creatures which makes them weaker but at her full potential she could make metal creatures that would be virtually indestructible so what she could become is an almost god like being surrounded by an indestructible army of monsters and perhaps that's what kay/o means

Valorant needs a campaign
A small addition to the ( 11:50 ) Radianite color theory :
When Killjoy is attempting to defuse the spike on Bind, the Radianite core she holds is a green cube (Alpha Radianite).
However, when Phoenix superheats the core ( 20:32 ), it turns to an orange cube (Omega Radianite). The colors in the cinematic are the same shades of green/orange as the crates.
Perhaps the Radianite on Omega Earth is "active"? Or even "depleted", if activating it will cause it to lose its latent power over time?
Perhaps that is what is depicted on the museum wall? ( 1:20:00 )

The entrance of KAY/O gave me goosebumps just by the audio when they captured Fade. I am disappointed to not see an animated video of that scene
Bro it's so refreshing to hear a TON of these voice lines aside from the one in game.
As for the sage revival of everyone after missions theory, it's also implied through KJ's voice line where she says she has all their memories backed up that they have created clones that KJ infuses the memories of every agent into. This could mean that every single enemy and ally is 100% expendable.
And also explains how are they still alive during The Radiant Wars...

I have a theory on why the mirror universe is runnning out of radianites. We know the boat that yoru found was from the 1600’s, and had dimensional scar so it couldn’t have gotten there on its own. It had to have come through a rift from the other world. Maybe the omega(mirror universe) universe discovered radianite long before alpha. That will explain how their more advanced and why their running out of it(because they’ve used it for longer, and they’ve used more of it)
My thinking is that KI is pulling Radiants from other Verses, and mind wiping them, reprogramming/conditioning them to think they are doing the right thing and then sending them to Alpha to take the radianite. This would mean Sage doesn't have to be the reassertion bot, gives KI an almost unlimited amount of agents. Have been doing this for quite some time, maybe even on other verses. Who knows maybe they have discovered what the First light is/was. Its a multiversal scanner that will scan the multiverses for earths where radianite is plentiful. Then they start sending in their radiants.

I have a theory, KAY/O doesn’t stand for Kill All Your Opponents, but instead it stands for Kingdom’s Anti Yield Operative as mentioned in 36:12

Jeppy! I have a theory about the orange radianite boxes. It's possible that orange radianite is superheated radianite.
During the Duality cinematic, Killjoy's prototype spike defuser doesn't work the first time, saying it "doesn't have enough power". Viper says it needs to be superheated, and Phoenix heats it up using his radiant powers. We see that the small box then begins to glow orange. However, analyzing frame by frame we see that after the spike is defused, the radianite becomes inert. The radianite in killjoy's battery only has a few spots where it glows green.
This leads me to believe that radianite has a few properties. We can confirm that:
1. Radianite can be a power source (we know this already)
2. When superheated, radianite actually gives off more power than usual, and glows orange. (based on the Viper's words in duality)
3. Superheated radianite runs out of power faster. (based on the radianite battery not glowing in duality)
Furthermore, we can have some assumptions/speculations based on the crisis that omega earth has.
1. Omega earth uses radianite to keep their people alive in the face of their climate crisis.
2. Perhaps due to the insane amount of power needed in order to keep the geodome up, as well as their 'reality stabilizers', which I would have to guess are climate control systems inside the geodome itself, omega earth resorted to using superheated radianite in order to power everything.
3. The geodome in Lisbon Portugal, which is Pearl, is definitely not the only one. The Yellows on Rails player card confirms that there are multiple underwater geodomes, each connected to each other with underwater tram systems. the amount of energy needed to power multiple geodomes, as well as the tram systems, is definitely immense. Not to mention powering the cities inside the geodome themselves.
3. Due to the unstable nature of superheated radianite, their radianite supply slowly began to run out, leading to them stealing alpha earth's radianite.
We can even apply real life physics (I'm not a physicist) to why superheated radianite would run out of power faster. Superheating is when a liquid is heated to temperatures higher than its boiling point without actually boiling. We see this happen in Duality. As Phoenix heats up the radianite battery, the radianite inside melts into that black goop.
Now, the first law of thermodynamics states that energy can neither be created nor destroyed. This means that superheating radianite does not actually increase the amount/capacity of power that it has. All it does is increase the amount of power you can take out of it at any given moment.
For example (again not a physicist), let's say 10 grams of radianite has 1,000 units of power, but you can only take out 1 units per second. This means that you will run out of power in 1,000 seconds. However, by superheating radianite, let's say it's possible to take out 10 units of power per second. This effectively allows you to power stronger and bigger things! However, the superheated radianite will run out of power in 100 seconds, instead of the usual 1000!
This would explain why omega earth ran out of radianite faster than alpha earth. Because they needed so much energy in order to power their life support systems, they resorted to superheating radianite, which lead to its depletion.

Well, he missed some big clue like how radianite have temporal altering effects(time travel is very evident now), or Chamber is actually a key figure in Kingdom (justifying the kingdom's attitude). Neon wont get along with Chamber because she used to work at K/SEC and you have reason to believe that Chamber would have repeatedly clashed with K/SEC. Or that Phoenix is the 9th agent and Jett is the 10th, so he wouldnt even know about the alias 'Jett". It is a good retelling of the lore but the analysis is not that comprehensive. But he is very entertaining in the way he presents the story.

I watched it all in one sitting which for me is not normal as i get bored or distracted pretty fast while watching long vids or even movies. This is a masterpiece, and as for someone like me who plays the game everyday and wonders each day about the lore and can not figure it out by binging through all the cinematics I appreciate your efforts and now finally I have much better grasp of the lore. Also this would be giving me overall a new perspective while observing the tiny objects that I thought were randomly placed on the map.

Phoenix literally represents the player, he is introduced to this cryptic world in a rush and initially doesnt have a clue of anything. But overtime he learns how to play the game by sticking with the team and all.
I'm pretty sure that Omen's backstory is that Sage couldn't save him when whatever happened to him and the reason i believe that is from the MV "Die For You". When sage is in some forest she faces a human guy. That guy was then seen using Omen's shrouded step in the other MV "Fire Again". So i believe that Sage could not save Omen and that's also why she was traumatized in the "Die For You" MV.
