Why do you suppose there’s more commercials than actual video of what you’re talking about?.
That’s how the VA stops Veterans from filing claims because if you’re already rated for your foot at 30%, and then you asked them to look at your finger then they feel that they have the right to go back and look at your foot and take away the disability that you got for your foot Backwards thinking from VA employees. The VA and VA employees they’re only job is to help Veterans but they seem to think their job is tonight veterans benefits and services because they can..
What does it means in the decision stage saying rework?
I wish I knew. You’ll need to get air for the decision or have an advocate review the VA system to find out why it needs to be reworked.
I am rated total 90% one of my ratings is 40% for my shoulder but being that it is my dominant arm and only moves 25 degrees should it be 50% should I file higher level review
I just received 100% but still have a claim for tbiu. Should I cancel tbiu?
Tbiu
No. If you are eligible for TDIU prior to your 100% evaluation you may be eligible for retro pay.
It all depends on your claims.

So VA raters are not qualified to be raters that’s understandable because they’re VA employees. The VA can’t hire qualified VA raters because there’s not enough qualified people in the medical community..

I have a disability rated at 70% permanent and total tdiu and another disability rated at 60% for 6 years now should I have been awarded some type of SMC?
If the TDIU is based on a single disability, and then you have a combined rating of 60% for the other conditions.. yes… you should be receiving SMC(s).
How do i stop my kid's mother from get money from my 100 % they gave her 800 child support 🤔 they didnt take my bills i pay out i am going to appeal it but i didn't think va did that ???

Or, and here is a crazy thought, you could take care of your kids.
It’s called an apportionment. If you have minor children and owe support, VA can assign a payment to someone else
