I’d definitely reconsider that statement. Jesus took the full force of the most brutal form of Roman torture and stayed coherent throughout it all to the point where He Prayed for the very people who battering Him into a bloody mess. And He claimed that His reason for enduring this excruciating brutality was just so that people could be set free from all the junk in our lives that eventually causes our demise unless we find a solution for it. The only solution I’ve ever found in this life is knowing Jesus and letting Him have control over my life. I Pray you find the same solution. He’s truly the Best. Jesus is (The) Way. Went to high school with the singer. No idea he was a Jesus freak. Either way, was not a fan of their music but Matt was cool in high school.
