Have you tried Milky spore for Japanese beetles? Takes a few years of applications but looks promising. Put our first round down this year - they are awful here in SC!!!
I have put down Duocide. It helps the grubs. We have that large area behind us that goes untreated. I have been trying my best to get neighbors to put down stuff for grubs. I do need to educate my self more on milky spore
Why don’t you try the silver fall’s as a ground cover, that’s what I did, saw it on Jim Putman’s channel recently

I can definitely but up something. The only thing is that I have trees right on my property line and my husband would have to mow around. Just need decide if it’s going to be worth it or not. Then they can still get smart and jump.

I have heard excellent reviews on the wireless deer fence, but I am uncertain how they work with birds. I would have to be sure the dogs couldn't reach them. To be honest, I would hire a security team at this point🫣🤯😵💫🤧🤑🤕
