I couldn't stop smiling and giggling watching Garren's (sp) reaction to all the fishing items! HIS FACE AND EYES LIT UP WITH PURE JOY, EXCITEMENT, AND GRATITUDE! I would love to see him out fishing, especially when he lands a huge one! Oh how I miss fishing. You have such a beautiful family and your children are so well mannered and fun! Seeing how happy they get just really and truly makes my day! Thank you for sharing your beautiful family with us!
P.S. BE CAREFUL WITH THE ULU!!! IT IS SHARP AS A RAZOR!!! I love my Ulu! It is great for chopping veggies, but it is really good for filleting the larger fish. Just be careful with that blade.

I have to say, that i really enjoy watching your family. Especially when people send your children such wonderful and thoughtful gifts. You and your misses are doing such a wonderful job raising your children. They are respectful, kind, honest, and very appreciative for things that they receive. I thoroughly enjoy watching your children get so excited at the gifts people send. I also like the fact that you are raising your children the "old school" way by teaching your son how to hunt and fish, and all the things he needs to know to become a respectful young man. You and your misses are teaching life skills to your children and how to become productive adults in the future by letting them first be children. You let them explore nature, solve problems on their own, and show them that there is a whole world out there besides sitting inside and playing video games. Well done my friend! By the excitement on your son's face I hope he has a grand ole time using all that fishing gear. I thank whoever sent him that wonderful gift and I am sure that sender has just as big a smile on their face as I do seeing your son son's sheer delight. I also cant wait for your family to come to the USA. If you think your son is excited about this box of fishing gear, just wait till you take him to his first BASS PRO SHOP. I do believe it might be a competition who will have the biggest smile on their face, you or him.

Those mini rods are really cool. I picked one up online last year and it fits in my luggage perfectly. To add too it, I have a small “Plano” tackle organizer that I have a few lures in. I took it with me on my last trip and it worked perfectly.
I’d bet the smaller reel that Garin got is meant to be paired with that travel rod.

Great gifts. Having been a bass angler for some 50 years, I am always encouraging people to take kids fishing and actually teaching them to fish. You can change a child's life for the better.

The look on his face was all I needed to see to know he liked the gifts. Be sure to check the line with the lighter line going on the small reel. Just swap between reels depending on what you are fishing for. I tried to cover all of the bases of the things that you and he stated you use. But dang it - it took so long to get there once mailed.

Nice fishing gear. Really nice of the people sending gifts. Just a suggestion, maybe Garin could talk a little more about his gifts on his channel and have his dad as a guest. Also, for Garin, could make another video of his rock collection and snakes, as well. I subscribed during the live y’all did. I’d like to see his channel blow up big time.

Jono and Kat .. The metal cups are for measuring dry ingredients . The glass or plastic see through ones are for measuring liquids .. That way your dry ingredients can be leveled off across the top .. and you put the others on a level surface to pour your liquid stuff in to get level measurements . I hope y'all get tons and tons and many years use out of them making great meals and baked goods .

Is ice fishing popular where you are Jono? It’s very popular here in the northeast USA people even have little sheds on the ice for shelter with wood stoves for warmth and the ice is so thick you don’t worry about it melting. Whatever fish you get like perch are twice as big in winter. I know you’d love it considering how much you love cold 😂

It baffles me that there is that much red tape to get a fishing license. Here you walk up to the counter, hand them the money, and boom, done. You can also, if you so desire, buy a lifetime fishing license. A 1 year license in Ohio will cost you $25 USD and a lifetime license is $600 USD.
