Hi Kelly, the title of this video has a misspelling. Thank you so much for your channel. I now have a certified lymphedema massage therapist. I also have been practicing your exercises. Just a world of difference. 🌿

Have always had large legs. Doctors always told me that it’s cause of my size. I lost over 200lbs and they are still large. The left leg is worse from a spider bite that caused me to have surgery. It swell very awkwardly. But the legs do swell often. They keep trying to remove the damage veins, but they are too twisted. But the more research I do, I feel like this is what I have. But doctors brush it off without actually examining it.

Thank you, Kelly, your videos have been so informative for me and my clients!
I have a small practice in the Seattle area and I’m MLD-C trained by Klose. I plan to continue training to be a CLT. But for now, can you give me tips as to when it’s appropriate for me to refer my clients onto CLT? I want make sure that I’m treating appropriately and when it’s time to refer that I’m getting them into the hands of somebody who can help them with bandaging, compression garments, etc. things that I’m not qualified to do,yet. Thank you so much and please keep these videos coming!!. These are great to share with my clients.

Intermittent Fasting helps greatly to reduce the swelling and prevent it from increasing ... minimum 16 to 18 hours a day and one fast that is for 36 to 40 hours once a week. Makes a world of difference. Eat as healthy as you can rest of the days.

I need help so bad, my lymphedema nurse doesn't do bandage compression and she's just left me to get on with it for 3yrs now. My legs are so badly disfigured now, my calf is 40 inches and I've lost my mobility, I'm only 39 :-( my doctor doesn't know who can help with bandage therapy.

Hello, i do get swelling in the ankles and it starts to itch really bad, i cant sleep, feels like ants under the skin in that area. I also get wounds or raches that turns purple when it heals. Do you think it has to do with venous inffuciense?
