Привет, Daria. I am from Мадрид and I am 17 years old. Although this class was definitely harder than the first two, you manage to make all of them bearable. I especially like how you cheer us up when you think something is difficult, so thank you very much for your attitude towards learning and for making it easier for the people who can’t afford to pay for lessons but are still motivated to learn. I wish there were more teachers like you!

I am so excited for I discovered Russian language use same phonic sounds as my own language Danish... lots of hard consonants... and some of your vocals like Danish æ, ø, å and since I also have taught phonics the russian alphabet is NOW not hard for me... and reading worď just using the phonic sounds not hard either ..... so there is hope for me... I was in Russia 2017 and will visit again this summer... just 3 weeks but plan to come several month every year and travel all over your beautiful country... but my dread was how to speak enough to handle simple life by my own... now I know I CAN LEARN IT ... THANK YOU SO MUCH... this is Dream come true. Ml bente.

Thank you so much Daria for your lessons. About a week ago I felt inspired to learn Russian (yet another goal to put on list, newly motivated by great video docs on Russian history I'd found). I knew only nyet, and the Cyrillic alphabet was hieroglyphics to me. Within 1 of your lessons I felt engaged and had learned so much. Now I have my technology down so I can carefully note your videos, record my voice, study on phone during long work commute. Thank you! SO FUN to hear a word and GUESS how to spell in Russian, and get it RIGHT. Other viewers, using these vids along with note taking app that allows draw, type & record, some Google translate (though Daria is better), finding website with Cyrillic keyboard are helpful. And explore on own between lessons-I guessed at Cyrillic Gorbachev, the audio translation didn't match my guess, but this lesson tells me why.
Done with Lesson 3. 2 weekends and Russian is not entirely foreign to me. But I should go outside :)
