I’ve been in business 10 months now. I bought a packer right from the start, and dumpsters. I been holding the brakes from growing too quickly. Buying dumpsters and carts is costly because I’m paying cash up front.
I started last week. I’ve watched your videos for about a year now and your videos are what has made me start this business. I want to thank you for putting in the time and effort into these videos man.. maybe one day if I’m successful I could get to tell you my experience
Awesome at only 21! I want to throw this out there for Heath or anyone viewing. If you own a house with equity, look into a HELOC! Interest free loan for 10 years, no closing costs, use it like a credit card, with a much larger balance. It's a great tool to start or build a business, or buy rental real estate like I did..... And junk removal is only fun cause you're in your 20's, give it 10-15 years...🤣 Appreciate the awesome videos!
6:30 I'm glad you explained your experience with financing, 3-4 years is a solid time frame for securing a business loan. I'd like to add that as soon as a business credit card is offered to your business to take it, if the account doesn't show up in your Experian credit report then you're building business credit.
Love your Channel 😃
Thank you 🙌
How do you get customers? And what do you do about people who get their trash picked up by the city? Do you go after people who don’t use the city?
Advertise in multiple ways and yes go after no contracted accounts
We been in business for a year now servicing 350 customers for trash pickup. We do junk removal also and now doing roll off service.
Awesome!!
How do you get customers? Isn’t it illegal to do trash pickups if the city or county piche up the trash

Good for you man keep it up. I guess I'll have to look at some older videos to see how you can do a bunch of trash pickup/route with a trailer set up.
