Hi! Appreciate the episode of trying to raise awareness about the difficulties of pregnancy esp based on personal experiences (e.g previous episodes on the difficulties of breastfeeding, having to wake up every 2-3 hours etc). However when speaking about certain things, would suggest doing some background reading first to ensure that only factual information are shared (e.g. how fertility checks are performed, the differences between an Oscar and harmony test - they are not different brands or even when an amniocentesis test is recommended etc!) so as to not spread misinformation, thank you! Or perhaps to hire a professional to speak on the matter

Yeah I agree and especially the part where Cheryl kept inputting info she wasn't sure of. Can be quite misleading for people who are looking for factual advice or knowledge.

Agree with this comment, either that or it's fine to just stick with the personal experiences like what Esther and Nurul Aini have been doing where it's clearcut just personal and for entertainment!

I agree!!!! Both Harmony (NIPT - Noninvasive prenatal test - hence does not need a needle) and Oscar are conducted through ultrasounds and blood tests. To draw amniotic fluid, it’s called amniocentesis which is invasive. Hence they are not the same.

Normal blood test is FTS (first trimester scan).
    Oscar/harmony is NIPT.
Drawing water is amniotesis test, with risk of losing the baby.
Severe vomiting condition is called HG.

the aquarius thing, hmmm. i am aquarius and got bullied by my classmates when I was 17.
I got pranked, followed home and got hit in the head as they kicked soccer ball pretty high into the sky from outside the field gate into the field and one of them hit my head. I had nose bleeding, neck was in pain and went home fell asleep immediately for a day straight, if im not wrong it's called concussion. my neck swelled pretty badly and my brain kept on malfunction. I had trouble sleeping which I went on months without sleep. I had a hiccups during my exam as I couldnt hear the teacher so I asked my classmates, was told to carry on doing the coursework and I didnt save it in the thumb drive as that was the exam rules which same goes to my classmates as entire row was doing the coursework. teacher walked past as he was exiting the computer lab to get stuff from staff room, and forgot his pass so he turned around and saw I was doing the coursework and demanded me to delete it immediately. I did but shortly I had depression due to it, I kept vomiting which everyone thought I was trying to lose weight as I got fat shamed by the bullies in the classroom right infront of the entire class which everyone laughed along. my leg muscles shrieked it became very soft like jelly and walked very oddly like someone with stroke as every step I would jerk my leg. the bullying got worse as I got followed home as the bullies kept on banging on my front door and laughing, which were told off by neighbours who are in good terms with my family. I was struggling pretty badly to get to school as barely had any muscle to walk to school which 15 minutes walk took me more than an hour instead. the school also showed no empathy as I requested to my teacher if I could come to school after morning assembly so I could skip the entire hassle of struggling to stand after sitting on the floor. my teacher requested from principal and was allowed to do so but when I got to school, student counsellor kept harassing to take down my name. even though I gave my reasons that I was allowed to come to school 10 minutes before lesson start, they student counsellor wouldn't budge. I was dealing with pretty bad sleep deprivation and bullies from the class got worse and worse, I stopped going to school. teachers and cohort manager who was my math teacher came to my house and tried to persuade me to return to school but I went back for a day and felt very distant from everyone and I struggled to understand as my memory drastically declined. whatever was said to me seconds ago I forget it instantly and couldnt answer back. my anxiety pretty much hit all time as before the accident had never experience such anxiousness. principal asked to see me as I didnt attend lesson for a month, he told me to get tested for thyroid as my neck was swelling after the accident. I did and was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I've been seeing my doctor since then for the past ten years. since the beginning doctor kept insisting that she was sure I have brain tumour since I dont get menstruation at all. I did MRI scan to proved her wrong but every appointment for many years she would say she's very sure I have brain tumour. but still declined to do another MRI scan as felt that the scan already showed no abnormalities and my mom who was a housewife was struggling financially, I do not want to add additional financial burden since she's paying for all my medical bills. I tried getting jobs but never once I got through a job interview. so I kept myself at home. back in 2022, my dad's friend recommended me a job saying it was just answering phone call. but colleague who sat next to me who seems weird as she would jump out of her seat and ran into the office, told me that none of people who came for my role ever return after the next day, back then I was clueless when she said that but the very next day when I was submitting my contract, I declined and quitted as I felt rather cheated as I was told job role was just answering phone call but then it was way more than that, Ive to cover four to five persons job instead. plus those working inside the office were nasty rude too. there's one who asked my colleagues if Im the "new girl" then proceed to scan me with her eyes from head to toe.
thereafter, last year my doctor told me I have pituitary gland damaged, I felt rather relieved as the past years of what ive been experiencing was real because throughout the past years whenever I told others, others said I was imagine things and made it sounds like I have delusions. so I came across a Instagram post about my secondary school being the worse school. I shared my stories, majority dont believed what I said as one said I could be a scriptwriter instead. one, who seemed like a police officer, told me get disabilities income, telling me how to do so, like go to msf if not look for social worker, I tried but all said there's no such disabilities program for pituitary gland damaged, and said they only help those with lower income. the guy who commented on my comment, somehow was able to fully understand the struggles ive been going through as throughout the years whenever I told others, majority are in disbelief and doubted my mental state instead as I mentioned I haven't slept eight hours a day for many years and somehow only got back my sleep routine when lockdown hits. I was pretty much depressed for many years until once, I cried to my mom as I was really tired, I cant sleep and neither have the capability to work to provide for her, as with pituitary gland damaged, not only I have no hormones, my memory was pretty bad, I forgot things within spilt seconds. im glad to have my mom as my mom as she was the pillar of support for me. I often told her im sorry I cant be like others providing her with income as I was struggling with daily headaches since the accident and it stopped for a year when lockdown happened, I stopped having sleep deprivation as I kept sleeping during that period. and returns after a year along with sleep deprivation, sleep deprivation equals to mood swings too,

I wish that Kay Kay's method of trying for different genders was true for me 😂 I have two wonderful boys, wanted to have one more baby - and did the deed two days pre ovulation. Bam! Twin boys coming Aug 2024! Just meant to be the Queen of the House 👸

Think 2 days like still not enough. Maybe 4 days. But regardless, your twins are still the winner. Meant to be 😆
