    I love the Arrtx markers.
    I had the same problem with the "tappy taps markers"
    Their great for a more texture canvas for that dry brush effect.
    But solid blocks of color not so great.
    Excellent video!

    Lighter colors have less pigment so they always will require multiple layers over darker colors… noting revolutionary there, anyone with a basic art training would know that

      that’s true, but I used some lighter paint markers that didn’t need multiple layers to be opaque and some lighter markers of a different brand that just couldn’t get opaque enough no matter how many layers were applied. Seems like it depends on the consistency whether paint is too thin or watered down that a company uses to fill markers with which I do have a set of thin & watered down markers as well better quality ones.

      @@truthseeker6943​​⁠true, usually less expensive markers have lower pigment content hence lower price. Pigment is the most costly component of a paint and therefore you usually get what you pay for.
