Paraneoplastic syndromes (cancer-associated symptoms and signs) include nephrotic syndrome, superficial migratory thrombophlebitis (Trosseau syndrome), increase secretion of erythropoietin (EPO) which causes erythrocytosis (polycythemia), increased secretion of parathyroid hormone-related peptide (PTHrP) which causes elevated serum calcium (hypercalcemia), antidiuretic hormone (ADH) elevation causing SIADH with hyponatremia (low serum sodium concentration) causing mental status abnormalities, elevated ACTH (causing Cushing syndrome and hyperglycemia), Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrome (LEMS).

It's worth noting that paraneoplastic signs are not a common finding for malignancy suspicion since they occur as little as 40% in all cancer patients. So, only the presence of tumor with damage to its surrounding displays the first sign of malignancy

Excuse me sır, but you were MISTAKEN. Renal cancer never give methastasis to renal vein. There might be thrombus which arised from tumor.
Actually Renal cancer can methastasis to renal vein. That is T3 in cancer staging
