The Bill Series 23 Episode 67 Russian Roulette

After a night of passion with Monica Dreyfuss, Phil is held hostage by gunmen and is forced to rob Louis's casino. Monica is kept tied up and gagged with tape. Phil manages to tip the cops off, but can't stop the gunmen escaping. Grace is convinced Louis is behind it, but Phil thinks the culprit is closer to home. Sam and Neil contemplate reporting Phil to the DPS for misconduct, but he goes off to nail his suspect for the abduction and robbery after being sent home by the two DIs.
