Lilly is so smug for 14. When I was 14 I would have peed my pants if the police had arrested me. Talk back⁉️⁉️⁉️. I would have gotten such a smack if I ever talked back to any adult, but the police😱😱😱🌻🌻🌻
At the beginning Sgt Smith is wrong, any appropriate adult can assist with the interview. Its up to the officer if they deem one necessary for a non PACE matter e.g. to discuss a complaint or report of a crime.
I started with Deakins and Rod. The later episodes were still enjoyable but I sensed something was amiss. After watching the pre-Deakins/Burnside/Conway series, the newer bunch of CID actors now looked too unbearably smug and mostly unfunny.
I’ve seen from 98 onwards and the 98 to 2003 era was the best. The Kent storyline took too long and it was too much soapy drama with Cathy having just been dealt with.
kid: "You could just let me go then"
smithy: ".... no"
The way smithy did that is just crackup
After Burnside and Roach you just can't replace the CID team

The CC versions are hysterical. 😂
They really can't handle Max's Cockney accent and Jack's Mancunian lilt.

He has false airs of him .

That guy at 11:00 is in another episode in season 25 of the conviction series
That's the actor Danny Webb who played Matthew Devlin in the Conviction episodes. He was also in Alien 3 way back in 1992.
They must be handing out free peroxide at the police training academy. Way too many bottle blondes.

Yes, from her very first scene.

i still can't believe how shit these later series became. "where you taking me?" seriously? some writer came up with this inspired line?
