- Benefit Cosmetics just released their Brow Microfilling Pen and I'm obsessed! I couldn't wait to get my hands on it and I was able to snag one at Sephora (in the shade Deep Brown) the day it launched! In this video I'm showing you guys how I like to use it and tips on how to get the perfect microbladed look!

I'll admit it's easy to get discouraged (especially seeing "toxic" or dramatic beauty influencers have so many subscribers and be able to make a living off of RUclips), especially since I had dreamed that by this point I would've been at a level where I could do this full time. I was surprised at how quick it was! Normally I overanalyze my brows and spend forever on them making sure they're perfect. But this is great if I'm in a hurry and need them done quick and need them to last!

Yes! I have the past few posts! I honestly really just love all the brow pens that have come out recently from different brands because I feel like it’s helped me create the most realistic looking brows when mine are really sparse!
I’ve bought this too and am having trouble getting the ink to glide on, my brows are bald / sparse. Should I use something to prime the area first to help it work do you think? Thanks for sharing 😊
It goes on best if your brows are dry - I've found that if I try to apply if after putting on skin care it doesn't stick as well. So I'll run a cotton swab or round over my brows to make sure they don't have anything in them before applying it and it works better! And when I'm doing my makeup I'll do this first before putting on foundation or anything else.
I have this pen on order now. I was just puzzled about what color to choose for my red hair with lots of cranberry in it.

I purchased this pen about 2 weeks ago. For me, I have to leave a drying time between coats. Have you found the same?
Should I remove some hair from my brows first? My left eyebrow tends to grow upward a bit like a devil! Thanks!❤
If you want! My brows can be more sparse at times (like when I made this video) but shaping them can definitely make it easier to know where to apply the product!

Is this one better than the Milani Brow Pen?
I've actually tried a few over the past several months including the Milani, Benefit, Urban Decay and Anastasia Beverly Hills one. My current favorite combination is doing the Benefit one first and then going in with the Anastasia Beverly Hills one on top of it. I think the Milani one is the best in terms of how much it costs (hard to beat $8!). I don't feel like the Benefit one, after using it for a while now, works perfectly by itself. But it's a great base if I want to use the Milani or ABH one on top of it! Hope that helps!

I have the dark brown and It goes on super light and when I try to push harder to make it darker it smears. I even wondered if maybe I got one that was dried out or something. I wanted to love this but unfortunately it’s just not working for me like it is for you😞
I've since tried multiple versions of this product (like I've tried multiple samples sent by Benefit) and I do think sometimes it works better than others. I also apply it directly to dry skin (so if I do skincare I avoid my brow area) as I've also noticed if I have any products on my brows beforehand it will tend to also go on very light. Definitely a finicky product at times, but I still use it as like a base for my brows and will sometimes use a pencil over it to help make the products last all day and not fade!
What color did you use?
The darkest shade! I believe it's called Deep Brown
Bought one and I can't get it to look like that.
