    Very interesting. I was thinking that a step or two could be added that could possibly add a non-embroidered "lining" (like microfiber cloth) to the case. This could protect the eyeglasses from scratches from the embroidery stitches and stabilizer in the front.

    • @gianthoop
      @gianthoop  Год назад +1

      Yes! You can definitely add a layer of lining. When you lay your fabric of the die line just add two pieces. Your chosen fabric and also the lining. Put the lining on the the inside of course and it will work out just fine! ✨✨ Thanks for watching! ❤️

    I like these cases and would like to have one a little bigger for my large sunglasses. This video is good.

    • @gianthoop
      @gianthoop  Год назад +1

      I can absolutely make a bigger size! ❤️ What size are you thinking?

    • @debbiehutton7818
      @debbiehutton7818 Год назад

      @@gianthoop My sunglasses are about 6 inches long and about 2.5 wide and 2 inches from top of lens to bottom of lens. The case would have to open wide enough to get the glasses in without breaking. I didn't check to see the size of the ones you have but in the video the opening looked small

    I saw an adorable shirt collar with the head and tail on each side. How lovely it would be to get this design for collar tips “ in the hoop”

    I guess I missed the beginning where you would have said to use tear away stabilizer vs cutaway. Good luck in your new adventures.

      Hi! Thanks for watching ❤️ Yes, I failed to mention it is tear away :( I'm kicking myself now for not saying that! Oh well, I'll get better at this 😍

    what kind of stabilizer did you use? looks like you used 2 layers. thanks for the tutorial. how do you remove the stabilizer from the inside?

    • @gianthoop
      @gianthoop  Год назад

      Hi! I used tear a way stabilizer for this project. Yep, you are correct. I did double the stabilizer! :) The stabilizer I have right now is kinda thin and cheap so I typically double it. :) Thanks for watching! ❤️

    I enjoyed watching your video. As a newbie embroiderer, I think it would have been helpful to tell us what kind of stabilizer you hooped. Just a suggestion. Congrats on your first video. I'm looking forward to many more!

    Can you do your own design instead of the ones shown?

    • @gianthoop
      @gianthoop  Год назад

      Hi. You can if you check out the pdf and skip the "design" portion of it. Do you think it would be useful if we released on that is blank?
